    Wow! Your annual reports are so helpful! Love that they have all those graphs straight off the bat and performance percentages so you dont even need to dive right into the report if you dont want to, to find out roughly how the company is progressing.

    Its interesting that there has been such mixed reviews about the company but I guess thats the way life is, especially when it comes to such an emotional service.

    It would be great to have been able to see your spreadsheets and all that but everything looks great so far.
